Consumer 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer and purchase goods through ATGroup.store at a distance, you generally have the right to withdraw within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions.

Send a clear withdrawal notice to info@atgroup.store including your name, order/invoice number, products concerned and statement of withdrawal.

Returning the Goods

After notifying us, goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice.

Contact us for return-routing instructions before shipping. The registered company address must not be treated as a returns warehouse unless confirmed for that purpose.

The consumer bears direct return costs unless A-Trix Group agrees otherwise or applicable law requires the seller to bear them.

Condition

You may inspect goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Original packaging, accessories and documentation should be returned where reasonably possible, but lack of original packaging does not by itself remove a statutory withdrawal right.

Refunds

Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until goods are returned or evidence of dispatch is provided.

Business Customers

The statutory 14-day consumer withdrawal right does not apply to legal persons or business/professional purchases.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Goods

Contact info@atgroup.store promptly with order number and relevant photos/evidence.
