Making a Claim

• order or invoice number;
• product model;
• serial number if available;
• description of the problem;
• photos/video/logs where relevant.

Typical Exclusions

Commercial/manufacturer warranty may not cover faults caused by accidental damage, liquid/contamination, incorrect installation/wiring, power outside specification, misuse, unauthorised repair/modification, altered serial numbers or normal wear where applicable.

Service Outcome

Depending on product and fault, the remedy may involve troubleshooting, inspection, repair, replacement, manufacturer RMA or another appropriate solution.
