Order Confirmation

ATGroup.store operates an order-review process. After an order request, we confirm availability, shipping, estimated lead time, applicable VAT treatment and payment instructions.

Payment

Payment is made after order confirmation.

The payment method and deadline are stated in the order confirmation, invoice or proforma invoice. Orders may require prepayment before fulfilment or dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping

We ship within the EU and internationally. Available carriers/services depend on destination, product, dimensions, weight, stock location and order requirements.

Delivery Time

Estimated lead and transit time are provided during order confirmation.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout where reliably calculable or confirmed before the order becomes binding.

EU and International Orders

For non-EU destinations, customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees and local import requirements may apply unless otherwise agreed.

Business Orders and Incoterms

For B2B/international shipments, agreed Incoterm and responsibilities may be stated in quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation or commercial invoice.
