1. Scope and Seller

These Terms of Service govern the use of ATGroup.store and orders submitted through the website.

These Terms apply to private and business customers. Mandatory consumer rights apply where the buyer qualifies as a consumer and cannot be excluded by these Terms.

2. Product Information and Availability

We aim to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, availability and catalogue prices accurate. Manufacturer specifications and product revisions may change.

Submitting an order request does not guarantee availability and does not by itself mean the order has been accepted.

If an obvious pricing, specification or availability error is identified before order confirmation, we may correct the information and ask the customer to confirm whether they wish to proceed.

3. Order Process

Orders submitted through the website are treated as order requests and reviewed by A-Trix Group.

After review, we may confirm availability, shipping, applicable taxes or VAT treatment, payment instructions, lead time and order-specific terms.

An order becomes binding when A-Trix Group sends written order confirmation or other written acceptance. Where prepayment is required, fulfilment and dispatch take place after payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Prices, VAT and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Payment is made after order confirmation using the method stated in the order confirmation, invoice or proforma invoice. Available methods may depend on the customer, destination and order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are confirmed during checkout or in the order confirmation.

For destinations outside the EU, import duties, import VAT, customs charges and local compliance requirements may apply unless otherwise agreed.

For business orders, Incoterms and risk transfer may be specified in quotation, proforma invoice, order confirmation or commercial invoice.

6. Consumer Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after receiving goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

The statutory 14-day consumer withdrawal right does not apply to purchases made by legal persons or natural persons acting for business/professional purposes.

7. Defective Goods and Warranty

Consumer statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods are not limited by any manufacturer or commercial warranty.

8. Export, Import and Product Use

Some products may be subject to export-control, sanctions, import, radio-frequency, aviation or other regulatory requirements depending on product, destination and intended use.

A-Trix Group may request end-user, destination or compliance information where required by law or supply chain.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Estonian law, without removing mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
