Warranty Terms

Products purchased from the e-shop are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. This warranty is contingent upon the customer’s proof of purchase, which should clearly display the product’s serial number and the precise model/brand, essentially a duly filled “warranty card or slip”.

The warranty will be null and void under the following circumstances:

  • Identification of damage to the product during its use.
  • Discovery of physical damage to the product caused by either accidental or deliberate actions.
  • Unintentional or accidental harm due to incidental or unforeseen damages, such as those inflicted by foreign materials, liquids, insects, excessive dust, etc., possibly resulting from unintended or careless physical interactions.

The warranty service will be suspended if:

  • Signs of natural deterioration are observed.
  • Incorrect installation of the product or installation conducted by or under the supervision of an unqualified individual.
  • Neglect, insufficient care, or poor maintenance by the purchaser is evident.
  • The product is damaged by lightning or any other act of God (force majeure).
  • The product has been utilized for non-intended purposes or in a manner contrary to that for which it was designed.
  • Any unauthorized repair or modification carried out on the product during the warranty period by an unqualified individual.
  • The product has been altered or modified by the buyer without authorization.
  • Products and parts that have their serial numbers, inspection, or warranty stickers damaged, replaced, or removed.
  • Product damage due to power surges (low or high voltage incidents).

Additionally, a product can only be returned if it comes with the receipt and is in its original packaging.

Requesting Warranty Service – Product Repair or Inspection

Should you encounter any issues with the purchased items, it is advisable to promptly get in touch with the e-shop’s customer service, where the necessary warranty actions will be undertaken.

The standard timeframe for service or repairs ranges from 7 to 30 days. For international warranty partners, repair or service durations may extend from 30 to 70 days.
